IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS?

Yes. If for some reason the thing did not suit you, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase, but only if you did not use it and it retained its presentation and all the accompanying elements (seals, labels). Otherwise, the item is not subject to return/exchange. 

Details of exchange/return: 

• all purchases are issued to your

name and registered in our database, so when returning to stores and showrooms, you need to carry a document confirming your identity, a copy of the identification code (if you want to return the money) and a check. On the spot you write a return statement 

• Refunds are made within 5 banking days. 

• if a factory defect has been detected within 14 days from the date of purchase, the item is accepted for repair/exchange in one of the showrooms/shops or by the delivery service 

• all costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of good quality are borne by the buyer
